Product introduction: BioMixer 200 Model CWA200 Large volume “Made in Japan” single-use mixer
In the process of biopharmaceutical and vaccine productions, buffer and media preparation requiring uniform mixing is necessary. It is also required that media and buffers be kept appropriate temperature, pH and DO values. Last but not least media and buffers should be protected from contamination.
We, Waken B Tech have developed BioMixer 200 Model CWA200 whose manufacturing process from design to assembly are conducted in Japan to meet above requirements. It is a well-established mixing system ideal for wide range of applications such as vaccine and regenerative medicine productions, and is particularly suited for buffer and medium preparation.
It can be customized with precise temperature control, pH/DO control etc. according to customers’ requests. We provide a single-use bag with the mixer, which can comprehensively support production at customer’s facility.

This product is manufactured in Japan and the components that are also manufactured domestically are used.
Single-use bag for Mixer “Made in Japan” suitable for a single-use mixer
Single-use bag is suitable for mixing due to its high torque, and all the manufacturing processes from film to bag are conducted domestically.
Besides, BioMixer 200 and the bag have been developed together, therefore the bag is designed and developed in Japan to completely fit BioMixer200. According to customers’ requests, customization is possible.
