Large capacity CO2 incubator for 40/52 layer stack plate

The MaxCell MLF (Multi Layer Flask)  is the large capacity incubator optimized for Cell Factory (Thermofisher), or CellSTACK (Corning) or HYPERStack (Corning) flasks used for large scale cell, virus, protein and exosome productions. The flasks are firmly held in the special carrier in the incubator. The forcibly gas infusion model is available. It supplies CO2 gas into multi-layer flasks so that CO2 concentration and, eventually, pH value in each layer is kept stable. Gas hose connections are convenient and easy to make.

Details

• Compatible with 40-stacked Cell Factory/HYPERStack
  Single chamber model can accomodate 4 sets of 40/50-layer flasks. Two chambered model can accomodate 8 sets of 40/50-layer flasks.
• Special Carrier is available
  Special carrier developed for the MLF is available.It can be easily docked with the MLF and allows an operator to slide the upper-cart (flask holder) into MLF easily, which accomodates 40/52-layer flasks.
• Frocibly gas infusion moelMLF has forcibly gas infusion functionality with which CO2 gas is forcibly injectedd into multi-layer flasks in order to maintein pH value evenly in each flask layer.
• Easy gas hose connections (Forcibly gas infusion model)
  Gas tubes with a quick check valve connector make it easy to realize firm and leak-free connections with flasks.
• Front Window
  The large window and the LED light in the chamber allows operator to check the flasks placed in the chamber without opening the door.
• Multifunctional LCD touchscreen
  The LCD touch screen provides operators with information like operation log, the number of culture flasks in use and each parameter.
• External output
  An external can be retrofitted to the front panel of MLF. The recorder keeps the record of each controlled parameter.

*The special carrier (trolley) and upper-cart (flask golder) are available separately. With the special carrier and upper-cart, multi-layer flasks can be seasily handled. Automatic 40-layer flask mnipulator manufactured by Shikoku Instrument is also available. If the number of flask increases, this manipulator robot is necessary and it can be used with our MLF incubator because special carrier and upper-cart are compatible with MLF.
