Product introduction: Hand manipulator for 10-layer flask

Our hand manipulator for 10-layer flask (stack plate) is suitable for handling CellSTACK and CellFactory (10-layer). 10-layer flasks are lighter than 40-layer flasks, so 10-layer flasks can easily be handled. However, the weight of 10-layer flask could reach several kilograms when each layer is filled with 200mL of cell culture medium.
Handling a couple of 10-layer flasks is not a big problem for operators, but it could be a heavy burden for them when handling a lot of flasks for industrial purpose, for example, mass cell culture sites.
Also, handling such heavy flasks might lead to accident for example falling flasks off, and it could cause contamination of operators and environment, and also injuries on operators.

When supplying cell culture medium into the flask, operators have to rotate it several times in order to make evenly fill each layer with culture medium. By using our hand manipulator, the operation can be performed with less power and medium supply and drain process can be uniformly done and this process can be standardized. Besides, it can reduce the risks of accident, during the operation.
Since the hand manipulator allows operators to handle 10-layer flasks with less power, it is expected that the handling could be less burden some and more efficient.

Our hand manipulator does not require electricity nor air pumps. It can only be handled with hands.
