We, Waken B Tech have developed BioMixer 200 Model CWA200 whose manufacturing process from design to assembly are conducted in Japan to meet above requirements. It is a well-established mixing system ideal for wide range of applications such as vaccine and regenerative medicine productions, and is particularly suited for buffer and medium preparation. <\/p>\n
It can be customized with precise temperature control, pH\/DO control etc. according to customers\u2019 requests. We provide a single-use bag with the mixer, which can comprehensively support production at customer\u2019s facility. \n<\/p>\n\n

High mixing efficiency<\/span> BioMixer200 is the single-use mixer with quick and efficient stirring (agitation) capability.<\/li>\n
200L bag for BioMixer200<\/span> This 200L bag is for single-use only so contamination risk can be reduced. The bag can be customized upon customers\u2019 requests.<\/li>\n

Customizable control functions<\/span> esides the high precise temperature control, pH\/DO control can be added upon users\u2019 requests.<\/li>\n

Heating and Cooling control with water jacket<\/span> Heating and Cooling process are controlled in a direct way with water jacket. Even sensitive temperature control is possible.<\/li>\n
Alarm contact<\/span> When the unit issues an error, it can inform the error to the external devices through alarm contact output.<\/li>\n
